looking for a bit of help determining the authenticity of my eames dcm. doesn't have a herman miller sticker and i really don't know specifically what to look for.

took a photo of the back and the chair profile. don't know what to look for in determining whether it's an evans. can someone provide some help?
Yes
The Evans production frames have round tabs. When Herman Miller assumed production they switched to the oval shape.

And this chair does not appear abused at all to me. From the photos, the condition looks quite good for its age.
