Looks a bit like the P70 chair by Fasem. Though the legs on the P70 are tapered- the ones on your chair look straight.

similar in look and construction but no matching example.
I purchased it from an heir who's mother was in the arts, every thing she had was top notch American modern but this chair reminds me of fritz hansen like production.
