possibly conant ball.
This looks similar to some conant ball items.The pulls are similar to a conant ball credenza I have.

Surely the shape of the pull will be the clue ?
I wonder who was first to use this mid-century case-goods "format": the mitered panels with a shaped front edge. . .

agreed!
those biscuit pulls are similar to the ones used by RY MOBLER furniture, and as previously stated, a hans wegner design. check proprtions against other pieces all over the web.
