I purchased this couch a while back. It looks designer, but cannot find it anywhere. Its a wooden frame with fagas straps. The straps are shot, and I purchased this couch for next to nothing. Should I cut my losses and bin it, or is it worth investing $180 in straps + more moola to reupholster.

To get a serious response, you need to post at least three pictures of you sofa without the cushions so that we can se the back, the bottom frame, etc. You have basically posted a Nice Picture of your cat and a terrible picture of the sofa!
I think the cat is definitely worth saving. I would leave the original upholstery on the cat.

I Like the Design and size but Don't recognize the designer of your Love Seat
It is a very attractive love seat. I do like the lines. If I owned it, I would invest in the re-upholstery. ( Black Leather would be Gorgeous with Black Naugahyde on the sides if you wanted to save some money. It's obviously a USA Design and a later one at that.
