McCobb 72" Bench
Mario
I think that your bench is fairly unique. There might be some Iron 72" benches out there as there was a 72" frame available (most likely for the 1510 Chest of Drawers) in Iron but I have yet to see one in the wild.

Paul McCobb black chairs
Hi,
I see that you have Paul McCobb chairs identical to mine! I have two black dining room chairs.
I would like to place a value on the two that I have for purposes of selling them.
Any idea on the value?

For some reason
McCobb Planner Group pieces are usually undervalued compared to Nelson Basic Storage, and other similar pieces made for the average consumer who wanted nicely designed furniture and storage back in the 1950's.
Certainly the McCobb pieces were less expensive than Herman Miller or Knoll, but they don't seem to have that 'exclusive' quality that drives prices up, these days.
I have the same light wood single drawer on legs which I use as a bedside table. I also have a black drawer on a low same-size base which I use on the other side of the bed. Works well for me.
