That said there is some variability in the construction of the chairs of this design. I sometimes wonder if they are all mogens kold productions.
The largest variable is the joint between the top rail and the stile. Yours has the better joint (strength wise). The other joint runs the top rail all the way across the width of the chair and the stiles meet it from below (see the pic). This is a very small joint, subject to a lot of shearing force and the rail tend to crack and bend back.
Additionally your version has a hollow area on the back of the stile the other version does not. Can't see it in your photos but a side/back view would show it. It is a subtle difference.
And finally some have round legs and some have square legs. (I think this may have been for danish cord vs cane seats, as the square leg ones I have originally had cane).
They probably are all mogens kold productions (although i know next to nothing) and in my opinion you got the very best version.
