Hello,
is this maybe a Hovmand-Olsen chair? I did not find this chair on the Danish furniture index.
Wood is teak. For sure it is not Louis van Teefelen. Thanks in advance for your help.

For your info. The label on the bottom gives no information about the producer and the designer.. It is in German and it describes the color of the fabric and the information "Kopenhagen" that German for "Copenhagen".
It seems to be an internal information of the former seller .

Arne Hovmand Olsen teddy bear chair. At least that's what it looks like, perhaps reupholstered.

It's not by Arne Hovmand Olsen. The wood is stained-something, not teak, and the armrests are completely different.
I looked around online for the real thing and found four others, all differing in frame design and with other little differences here and there. I have no idea which one is authentic, if indeed any of them are. All are listed as AHO designs, though! Interesting...
I'll stick yours in first, for ease in comparison.

Yes, the wood is stained.
I think that is not typical for Danish chairs or what do you think?

Stained wood is not typical in Danish chairs, though you will see beech sometimes colored to look like walnut, or, less often, teak.
Stained wood is often seen in American furniture in the Danish Modern style.
