The banner and the communication about the call for tender is done in a very administrative style! If you click on one of the documents, you will find what it is all about.
It's an open call for "proposals for an action to process the papers of former Members of the European Parliament, accumulated in the exercise of their office and handed over in the form of legal donations or legacies to institutes, associations or foundations".
