Nice chair! The base is very much in the style of Milo Baughman, an American designer renowned for this square chrome style in the 1970s. I've seen very similar chairs on 1stdibs, although they are normally that squared chrome post on a round base, I've not seen square on square. Hope this helps somewhat, even if just with a different search..
