Found this fine looking chair 🙂
Looks simmilar to charles pollock executive chair, but there are quite a few differences, some of them are

Its not leather
base is all metal
and the shell back is in white

Anyone can shine some light upon this poor chair 🙂

Looks like
the Steelcase version (copy) of the Pollock chair.

Yes
I agree. Steelcase. But the pollock chair also came in fabric, not just leather.

Not a Steelcase 451
The Steelcase chair was constructed with an internal and external shell. The arms were fastened to the internal shell on the back and down near the front of the seat. It looked like the arm came out of the shell and it was not a loop arm.
