Recently acquired a beautiful 1960's Walnut Flip-top desk by Peter Lovig Nielson for Dansk.
I plan on keeping it as it seems ideal for the way I use my desk area, the only problem I'm having is finding a suitable vintage desk chair that matches it.
I can't seem to find any photos of this desk in a natural enviroment matched with a chair anywhere online.

What do you guys recommend? Photos please!

I've attached a photo of my desk in the same finish as found on 1stdibs.

Thank you!

Far too low
surely?
(although tan leather is lovely with the rosewood)

personally
I'd be tempted to pair it up with an understated diplomat chair. Is that too boring?!

Adjustable stem
makes all the difference. The chair has height adjustable base on the desk version.
It was used in many office settings as desk chair.

If you have over $10K to...
If you have over $10K to spend, I'd go Wegner. Otherwise, how about Jacobsen on casters?

I've always thought the older version of the Kevi chair is a nice, simple and inexpensive option.

All good suggestions
But l personally lean towards an all wood chair like Daniel's diplomat chair suggestion. I had one of the Loving desks in our showroom a while back and paired it with a Finn Juhl #48 chair. They looked great together (both the desk and chair were teak) and was a comfortable arrangement as well.
If it's going to see a lot of use, a task chair with casters (and even something more ergonomic) might be in order. But if the set will see only light use I think the all wood chair is quite handsome. Just be sure to pick a design that is light and easy to move as you will end up pulling it up to, and away from, the desk when you use it.
The swan chair is hard to find with the caster base, but the adjustable height version is not as difficult and the taller base makes it well suited for desk height seating. Plus the swivel means you might not need to pull it in and out as much. The curvy lines sure look great next to the geometry of the desk.

Thanks for all the...
Thanks for all the suggestions.
For some reason I have never been attracted to those swan chairs.
I love the Diplomat chair and the Wegner chair on casters, but I'm taking a guess theyre going to be way too expensive.
What's that Wegner chair called anyways?
I actually have an early Kevi chair in Teak, but for some reason I'm not liking the way it looks with the desk. Did they make the Kevi in walnut?
I'm thinking casters are probably going to be necessary.
The desk is fairly low with a knee height of 23" inches.
I was also considering a simple low industrial stool like the ones pictured. You think the styles would contrast too much?

I second the Erik Kierkegaard desk chair. I redid one recently and it was one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever sat in.
I love the Kevi chair too but I think it looks a little too lightweight for this desk. Maybe.

Diplomat chair
The Diplomat is one of the most accessible of Finn Juhl's designs (price wise) and can often be bought quite reasonably. We have one avalilabe and can offer it at an attractive price, though I don't want to break forum rules by advertising.
