I picked up a sweet chair of unknown designer/maker at the GW, and would like to bring it back to life. I am thinking that it would have originally had thick cushions, and would have been upholstered in black leather. Does anyone know? Does anyone have any opinions on what would look best? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I also found a nice chair at the GW a few years ago, and had the cushions made in a tan microfiber, which I had microfiber velcro straps made and attached to the back of the cushions to keep it attached to the chair.
Black leather would look good! I do not know who the designer/maker of your chair? I believe mine is Italian design?
