Has anyone ever had any experience with the bicycle manufacturer Biomega? I really liked their products, in particular their MN range designed by Marc Newson. I contacted them several months ago about purchasing one of their bikes, and very soon after transferred the money for the product to their company.
6 months have passed and I haven't received the product I ordered. I've been passed between multiple staff members, each giving excuses for all the unexpected delays. Finally I gave up and asked for a refund having already waited patiently for 6 months. Weeks have passed since I requested the refund and, so far, a refund is nowhere to be seen.
Could it be possible that I've been ripped off by a company with links to such high profile designers as Marc Newson and Ross Lovegrove?
Can anybody suggest suitable action to take?
