Hi all

I'm looking at buying a set of 4 black Bertoia side chairs with seat pads (marked knoll on the fabric underneath).

No makers mark on the chairs and I'm unfamiliar with the way the seat is fixed to the base. Info from the seller would date these as around early 80s.

The seller seems genuine enough and claims they're the real deal but want to be extra sure before going ahead.

Any comments appreciated!

Bearing in mind the chairs don't have the maker's mark and have the newer style attachment for the seat to base, any idea of approx age? I'm guessing mid 80s..?
The table is on my radar too, if I can get it for a good price..!
