Anyone recognize this chair?  

I've seen it before
But I'm afraid I can't remember anything about it. I did some quick looking on google hoping to jog my memory, but to no avail.
As a small consolation, I did find this picture of an elk with a cheap plastic outdoor chair stuck around it's neck. See? Those things really are evil! (The elk eventually got rid of the ugly chair).
If I remember who designed your chair, I'll let you know. Sorry I wasn't more helpful.

there is a three legged chair that is kind of similar designed by Henrik Leander.

Looks similar to the Gunter Beltzig Floris chair and also Patrick Gingembre. I also recognise it but can't for the life of me think who it is by! Will report back if I remember.

Steen Østergaard for CADO
The chair was produced in limited numbers for an exhibition carried out by Poul Cadovious after he purchased FRANCE AND SON in 1964.
From my limited knowledge the chair is by Steen Østergaard.
