IKEA had dining chairs and ottomans very similar to this for the previous two summer seasons. They also had a high-back version of the dining chair that is very, very comfortable. Only fifty bucks. I bought four, plus two ottomans.
They don't have them this season, unfortunately.

Modernica used to make a replica of the rope lounges in your link, but I don't think they make them anymore. I have seen some of them on Ebay and Craigslist not long ago...
