Anyone Recognize This Lamp  

I've had this lamp for about a year now (The top 2 pics). Looked through many books and scoured the internet-still nothing. Anyone recognize it? I am assuming its anonymous, but I acquired it at the same time and place as a Cini Boeri Abat Jour lamp (third pic below). The father of the guy I bought it from was a lighting distributor in the 70's & 80's. To me, it appears to be an 80's design, which to be honest, is a bit outside my wheelhouse. It has a two-toned aluminum stem, glass diffuser, red metal supports and uses a halogen bulb.
