Hi all!
I'm a design student currently working on an experience designer project about Design Within Reach that hopes to enhance the customer engagement with the brand.
I am not familiar with their target audience (being furniture design lovers) and was hoping if anyone could give me their thoughts on the brand who are more informed about furniture design.
Questions to consider: Do you feel their in store experience is working? What about their online experience? Do you feel they lack consistent engagement with their customers/clients? etc.
