I would appreciate any insight on this piece of furniture that I have. Such as how old it is, and the worth, etc.. I would really appreciate it. Thank you!

Probably from the mid 90s or so.  And not worth much.

Anyone else? Not much doesnt say anything. Everyone has their own opinion of what is not much... I want to know how I can tell how old it is and what those numbers mean as well. And an approx worth. Is $50 not much or is $500 not much? lol

Value? Closer to the former, its value is as a dining table, so price it close to what other dining tables are selling for on craigslist or wherever. If it were teak or had lovely grain then you'd look higher, but as leif said, mid 90s. And those numbers are just model marks by the factory (to pair with with the same model chairs when sold, etc), nothing significant.

Yeah I think I need to put a picture of the top of it. Because the design it has on the top looks like ones that have said teak but this was just alot darker. I will post a better picture... thank you!

Is yours teak veneer on particle board or MDF? The photos are not very clear, but if your table is teak on particle board, I think you'd be able to sell it for $100 or so on craigslist, depending on where you're located (perhaps a little more if you don't mind a longer wait).

This table is extremely heavy. It also has two leafs. They are on the ends and pull out from the bottom.

Still hard to tell from the photos, but my guess is teak that had a dark walnut stain applied afterwards. Not sure if I've ever seen walnut-stained teak. Then again, it could just be the lighting and photo exposure.

I have actually owned one of these tables, a while ago, upgrades past.  The one I owned had been bought maybe 20-25 years ago now.  It was teak veneer on particle board.  Same veneer pattern on the top.  The legs were some sort of legume family tree that looks vaguely like teak, but a bit darker.
I suspect the value of this one is significantly less than most of these because of the dark stain on it, regardless of whether it was factory applied or owner applied, because the table has only very modest value as a placeholder table in an aspiring danish modern home (or one with small children who destroy nice things), but this one does not even fulfill that modest requirement because it doesn't have the "teak" look.
It is worth about as much as any table would sell for in a garage sale.
Feel free to try to prove me wrong.  It would keep things interesting.
