I tried googling it and come up empty... But, does the Alcoa stamped (earlier version than BR 51) Tulip arm chair has a swivel mechanism? Is it an added mechanism only on the newer version? or Do Knoll at the time already offered optional swivel and stationary based chair? I am assuming this is the case. And, wondering, if anyone who knows about this can confirm.
