Actually Folke Ohlsson?

Are the chairs in the below image Folk Ohlsson designed or just in the style? They are currently listed on ebay, here:

I have a pair of these chairs, in a nice mustard tweed upholstery.

Folke Ohlsson
I have owned a couple of Folke Ohlsson chairs - one made by Fritz Hansen and one by Dux - and liking him have dug a bit into his work. I don't recognize the chair as one of his.
But there is a big caveat. The guy was talented enough to be one of those rare Swedes to be produced in Sweden, Denmark and I believe the US. (There are on the other hand rather many Danes who have produced in Sweden including Kofod-Larsen, Kindt-Larsen, Eric Wortz, Johannes Andersen and Börge Mogensen that I can name offhand.)This could be one of his American chairs of which I know little. I do not think it is a swedish or danish chair.

Thanks, that information is useful to me, nonetheless. I now believe it to be the work of Ray Zimmerman for Dux-Company - a Folke Ohlsson style chair.

Similar to my purple sofa .
I just posted a query "Who Made this Sofa" - I have sometimes wondered whether it were Folke Ohlsson, too.
Ah, the joys of mystery furniture.
