Hello!
I would be so grateful for some help identifying this lounge chair which was my great uncles.
I’ve done a Google Image search and can’t find anything exact for it.
There are some details that are similar to Walter Knoll/Antimott Cherry armchair from 50s. eg the seat ‘tray’ (with underhang slant).
The back is not wooden spindles though, it has tension springs for seat and back. The back has a hanging fabric panel to cover the springs. Tension springs have cloth sleeves on them.
I have no idea if the cushions are original!
The arm has a distinctive shape from above.
Looking forward to finding out if anyone has any ideas!
