Hi -

I'm trying to identify the stamp on the bottom of a wood bowl I recently acquired.  I have no idea of the origin or whether it's current/recent (i.e., Ikea-ish, cheaply mass produced) or something older (mid-century).  Not sure of the type of wood - I want to say teak, but not certain.  Any help is appreciated - I can post other pics if helpful.  If there are better websites or forums for identifying stamps on wood bowls and/or pottery please let me know.

More photos would be helpful. I think the wood might be mahogany, maybe.

Sorry for the slow response ... life happened.  Here are some additional photos that hopefully help.  It looks like there is some partial stamp inside the bowl but I can't make it out - not sure if it's original, but it appears to be.   The top diameter of the bowl is 10", and the base is 6".

@erock11. Re posting multiple images.

Once you have selected  one image and posted you can then edit your post, choose another file; submit and so on...

Thanks for the feedback re: the mahogany.  Hopefully I'll be able to figure out the maker somehow.
