Can anyone help identify this dining table? with wide teak edge.
I have a table which recently came from Germany but its origins I don’t know. It has an interesting joint on the leg. The legs are elliptical in shape and morf to form the joint. The table tops clashing around the edge gets wider in the corners which is also petty cool.
Any help would be appreciated. Cheers Dave
@dcnz. Lovely table indeed.
Is the extra stored leaf a "butterfly" mechanism? Could you show a pic of the hinge? Also a pic of the table extended with leaf in place, but before it is fully closed, so we can see the "pegs" (if there are any) on the closing edges.
These little details can be useful.

Wow thanks for that Lexi. You got it. I saw one online that is exactly the same.

It has the same join in the veneer in the centre of the table which is unusual
Ill give it a light clean up and some oil and bring it back to life. cheers again for your help.
