Could anyone help me id this amazing chair and ottoman. I think it may be English rather than Scandinavian. I've searched and searched for a maker - but there are no marks or labels on it or the ottoman. I thought maybe G-Plan, but again, unfortunately I don't have any reference material so very hard to check. Has interesting finger joints at the end of the arms.
Anyone have any ideas?

@m4r3x5p3ctr0n. A quick Google search threw up a few examples. Apparently by Gimson and Slater but no makers marks or stamps shown.
At least it is a starting point for further research.
