Calling all experts! Please help me with this 81" Teak Sideboard. No tag anywhere.
I agree Leif.
Found an almost identical one (slightly different legs) on a Norwegian funiture forum but it was not identified.
From my research it could possibly have been made by Nordas Bruk, based in Nesttun or some similar furniture factory This company made more affordable furniture, many of which were inspired by Rastad and Relling designs.
Similar sideboard I found;image 1
Rastad and Relling cabinet;image 2

You are welcome.
I recently joined a forum on Facebook which is based in Norway (link below; if you are on FB you can join as it is a public platform)
I signed up a few months ago as there have been quite a few ID requests recently on DA for Norwegian furniture. From reading through that FB forum it would seem that while there were a lot of different manufacturing companies, they were all very closely related either by mergers, takeovers or marriage!!

With your permission,I could post your sideboard and link it in with the 1st image I posted above and see if anyone on that Forum can give more info or you could do so yourself by joining up!
Regards,
Lexi

Thanks Lexi! that would be great if you could post it. I'll also join the group if I don't have to speak Norwegian!
I also have a matching dining table and chairs. I have the hardest time posting pics on DA for some reason. Usually I can only post 1. Its a little frustrating. I appreciate all your input as I can see you're a true lover of all things fine Scandinavian !
If I could figure out how to send you more photos I would. Leif just identified a Inger Klingenberg table for me. He also knows his stuff! Kind Regards, Frank
Will dothat for you.
Did the table and chairs come with the sideboard? As in bought at the same time?
You do not need to speak Norwegian as they all speak good English !

Update;
The chairs are Nesttun Møbelfabrikk model 203 according to a member on the aforementioned Forum who has a marked set.

I bought them all together but they were from someone that said they bought them as a set...allegedly.
They look like they match since the sideboard os teak with walnut accents. The chairs you identified are correct! When I inspected with a magnifying glass i found a faint 203 on the underside of the seat and what i thought could have been Mobelfabrikk but could hardly see. Thank You again for that confirmation Lexi!
