I think I have seen this one either on a catalogue or on this forum, but can't remember even if it was a vintage Danish chair or not... I suspect the seat was also rattan originally ? Looks really weird with fabric.
Sorry, I can't really help, but it looks a little out of proportion, as if the backrest is not original, even the wood of the backrest appears different.
