space age chandelier needs identification !  

hi all,
saw this today and absolutely fell in love with it ... so bought it despite much head shaking from my wife 🙂
i'd love to know a little more about it if anyone can help with designer or manufacturer. i haven't got it working yet but there are 9 led lights on the bottom and between the two large flat metal discs (it's about 70cm in diameter and realy heavy) is an area that also lights up.
i'm based in central europe so my gut says italian but i guess it could also be scandi or anything.
any help much appreciated as always !!!
