Hello - wondering if anyone out there has come across this solid teak table before? The top is one solid piece of teak - almost absurd that it hasn't warped or cracked over the years. base is attached to the top with relatively small flathead screws.

can you provide a photo of the end end grain edge to show the teak grain does go over the edge? (I would say it is absurd that such a wide flat grain piece of teak would be used for a coffee table like this as it would be warped).
