Hi all,
I saw this chair several years ago, locally and let it pass by. I remember I then found a reference about it.
Last week I was able to buy one not so far away, in the Netherlands. I see there's another one being offered in the same country, maybe this could be a clue (I myself am in Belgium).
It's rather smallish or petite. My middle just fits between the front legs and I am a 1m84 man of (may I say) average build.
The chair maybe shows some ressemblance to Sibast products. The profile of the legs, the construction in the corners and the quality of the rosewood.
Does anyone here have some leads?
@bj. Jan Lunde Knudsen; Rondo chair. Sørliemøbler ( Karl Sørlie & Sønner) .1961 onwards.
Came in either wood or steel and apparently illegally copied by Selig !
