Hello,
I am trying to determine the age and any other information about this petite dining chair. The underside of the seat is labelled "Sandvik & Co." and "Norway" and with safety warnings in English. It's possible, however, that the seat is not original to the chair frame--the plywood is a very different color from the frame, and there are several unaligned screw holes. Reverse image search didn't turn up anything, so I'm posting here in hopes anyone has information or knowledge about this design. Thank you!
@coastcoaster. Sandvik & Co was one of many manufacturers who produced for Bruksbo. According to a Norwegian facebook forum this is model "Vibo" and designed by Torbjorn Afdal. It was apparently first produced in the late 50's by Svestad Bruk ( another Bruksbo manufacturer) and then by Sandvik at a later date.

Fantastic info! Thanks so much, and a pleasant surprise that this was an Afdal design. I am an admirer of the Bruksbo cabinets/wall shelves. With your tip I've been able to find a few photos of this chair online (finally) that show the rather forward placement of the seat (as mine has been fiddled with quite a bit). Thank you again Lexi!
