A red one was featured in this article about Memphis-inspired design.  It was sold by Brooklyn retailer Bi-Rite Studio in 2020 who listed it as "Postmodern Metal Squiggle Chair".

And there's a pair of blue ones for sale by a Dutch dealer on 1stDibs and VNTG, described as "sculptural metal side chairs, 1980s".  None of these, however, list a maker or dealer so not much help.

Probably anonymous on purpose.

The success of the object will depend how skillfully it is applied to the design of the interior of which it is part. Since you can see (or reasonably assume) what it is (or what you want it to be), additional branding is not necessary, or even desirable.

It’s funny how design like this must be generally unattainable and unattractive to the mass market in order to “succeed”.
It must lack physical comfort and lack affordability and lack accessibility, or it fails.
