Please help ID: 2-pieces Wood Chair North?  

Hello everyone. I just came in possession of this beautiful chair, which the seller said, comes from a quite tastefully decorated household in Bavaria.. I really liked it and happy to have it anyway, but I do wonder where and when such a chair could have been produced? It looks to me like an Eric Pfeiffer, with an inspiration from Breuer's Isokon furniture. Also I paid for it 120 Euro and I'd be interested if I overpaid or not.
