Opal glass table lamp - Danish?

I picked this opal glass table lamp up about 10 years ago and wasn't able to identify it at the time, so put it in a box and forgot about it. It's just resurfaced and I'm still non the wiser.

Looks like a Holmegaard / Bang / Lutken design but there is a stamp and label on the base that has completely thrown me.

Anyone know what the 'HV' stands for and the letter 'N'

@hossballs. Hovik  Verk. Norway.

The N  ( Nemco) in the circle is an electrical standards mark specific to Norway. Swedish lamps, etc. will have an S (Semco) .....
