looks like this is in the style of Olivier Mourgue and Patrick Mourgue.
You might want to check out Sedia Steiner Italy (Patrick Mourgue) or Airborne International France (Olivier Mourgue).
In terms of construction and materials (not design), it has strong similarities to the "Joker" chair from Olivier Mourgue.

Based on the photos you have posted ( a photo of the back of the chair could give a 100% positive ID), your chair is designed by Gisle Carlsen and made by Klepppe Mobelfabrikk , Norway. The nesting tables and trolley are often miss-attributed as a design by Richard Young for Merrow Associates. UK
