Matteo Grassi MG5 or Marcel Beurer B33 Bauhaus - or simply a knockoff?

I recently came across two cantilever chairs that I believe could either be Marcel Breuer B33 Bauhaus chairs or Matteo Grassi MG5 models – but I’m not entirely sure.

Here’s what I know about them:

• The frame is made of chrome-plated steel.
• The seat and backrest are covered in white leather.
• One chair is in good condition, while the other has some damage (a small tear in the leather at the bottom and a missing crossbar).
• On one of the chairs, I found a "Made in Italy" sticker, which makes me think it could be one of these two models.

I’d also love to know if there’s a way to determine the year of production for these chairs. Are there specific details, markings, or design elements that might help identify their age?

Lastly, I’m curious about the approximate value of these chairs in their current condition.
