Hello Forum.

I'm in the UK and recently picked up five LC2 3 seat sofas and a two seat sofa. I wondered if anybody could give me some advice. I've had a good look and there are no Cassina markings or serial numbers. There are no other markings. I am assuming that they are copies but wanted to see if anyody thought otherwise.

They came out of a landmark London/Surrey sporting venue that was built in the 1930's and added on to over the years. They are quite worn /used. The chome and leather has some age to it. Some of the cusions (especially the larger base ones have a dense rubbery foam whilst others have either older looking dense foam that's been dacron wrapped or newer foam also dacron wrapped.

The basket frames measure 180cm wide, 60.5cm deep and 55.5cm high On the two seat version the frame is 127cm wide.

The base cushion on each sofa is approx 18cm deep.

I've included some images of the weld marks, underside, webbing, foam, etc. If anybody has any advice I'd be really grateful to hear from you.
