Hi I came across this chair with adjustable back. Label is Knoll international, very old. I have never seen this one before and did not find any information online. Has somebody seen it before or knows the designer? Info could be helpful dir Restoring it!

Looks like this model 48 chair by Franco Albini, c 49-67.

On a side note, I have a Franco Albini " lobster pot " footstool.
