Knoll BRNO Chairs, Flat Bar - Real or Fake?

I apologize for the terrible photography.  

I saw these chairs that look very much like BRNO chairs, however they have a tufted back.  I've never seen a BRNO chair with a tufted back.  Is this something another company besides Knoll manufactured to get around the Mies van der Rohe copyrights?
