I found this on the side of the road, it was in a sorry state- having been poorly re-stained/ upholstered over original bones in the 1970s... I’m normally very knowledgeable around mid-century arm chairs, but this one has me at a dead end. It has the shape of a Z chair, with much softer angles, the craftsmanship of the oak is incredible. The grain, and the way one piece of wood has been sculpted to make the both the front and back legs, along with the armrest. Any help would be much appreciated, I’ve attached a photo, haven’t yet finished sanding the old flaking gel stain off. Thanks
