@marauderyak. Welcome. I have searched high and low and have not found these chairs. Could you post a pic of the marking/stamp/label ?

@marauderyak Can't really help, but considering that Arne Hovmand-Olsen drew quite many chairs for Mogens Kold and that some of the design features here resemble his Mogens Kold designs, I'd say that it's not unlikely that these chairs were also produced by Mogens Kold.

Hi Herringbone,
I believe that "Design Hovmand-Olsen" mark is the one he used exclusively for his Jutex co-op production, which was comprised of a series of manufacturers based in Jutland. The only Jutex manufacturer that I have been able to identify was Onsild Mobelfabrik.
I don't believe this stamp was ever used on Mogens Kold pieces.
@cdsilva - makes perfect sense. I don't know much about Jutex, but if it was a cooperation to sell Arne Hovmand Olsen designs, such an otherwise pretty unusual marking would be appropriate. So thanks for the clarification.

@cdsilva Yes, AHO was the sole owner of Jutex.
