Hello. Hoping someone might be able to help identify this chandelier. The 6 arms (1ft 7in - 2 are bent) extend out from the center. The plywood "boxes" (1ft) - each containing a light bulb socket with bracket - attach to the end of each arm. Georgia-Pacific sticker inside one of the pieces. Thanks for any help.
