help w/ identifying a unique side table

Hello! This forum has always been so helpful, I've got a new enigma for you. 

I have this tw0-tiered, round, off-white side table. There's some numbers on the bottom but no makers mark or label that I see. The legs look to be tipped in brass that has a lot of patina on it. 

More pictures below. Anyone got a clue?

Edit: I think "ERMINE" relates to the white color, if that helps.

Reminiscent of some Brown Saltman tables,  but likely made by a smaller American maker and not associated with any known designer.

Not brown saltman. Generic maker, probably late 1950's with those faux wood tops and mdf like bottoms. I see these all the time and there were a lot of local places making them.
