I´m attaching the photo of a dining set we inherited. From what we have been able to identify the table is the Andre table by Tobia Scarpa.

But the chairs, we have no idea. They seem similar to a Mies MR10, the obvious difference is that the round shape of the "legs" is not the same, but they are leather and have a sort of lacing in the back.

I'd guess they are Knoll "Spoleto" model chairs designed by their in-house, Italian design team Ufficio Tecnico in 1971.  Knoll also sold the Scarpa tables around this time so it would be a natural pairing. Obviously based on the original Breuer/Stam designs. This is a good history of these cantilever chairs:  https://thisisglamorous.com/2018/08/design-history-the-cantilever-chair-by-mart-stam.html/

I guess you are right, I was having trouble finding a chair with the back lacing, but this one checks all the details.
