I just bought a set of 4 dining chairs. their design is quite interesting to me, and the fabrication shows a lot of different details.

They are stamped "Made in Denmark", and also have a red mark underneath the seats.

I found some similar models online that were apparently sold by Ann Christensen Boligmontering.

Plywood backrest. Very dark patina but probably made out of Walnut and oak or birch wood.

@emile. That mark is for Soro Stolefabrik.

@emile. Attaching an image of a vintage advert showing the Soro mark ( also shows the other more recent mark).The chair in the image is designed by Henning Kjaernulf. I have found one set of your chairs where the seller attributes them to Henning Kjaernulf, but you would need to find documentation to confirm this.
