I picked up a set of these today and am hoping one of our Dutch furniture experts, such as @wesemael can help provide some more info on this company and/or these chairs. Most sellers attribute to Cees Braakman for Pastoe, but none provides any tag or reference to back up. A couple of others say they were by H.D. Meubelfabriken of Doetinchem, but also provide no documentation. I assume H.D. is probably the most likely, since who would make that up? By the way, I think the H.D. might stand for Houtbedrijf Doetinchem, which translates to "timber company of Doetinchem" . Does anyone know anything about this company or these chairs? The only marking I could find is what appears to be "F.O' stenciled on the underside. Thanks.

@mark737 I wish i was sure I have only indirect sources I thought they were (due to a reliable source) from De Groot Landeweer However i then was corrected by a dealer who had a original add (but never showed it) H D meubelfabrieken Doetichem
They are certainly not Pastoe Braakman
one has a archive but not online and far from my home
https://www.groot-landeweer.nl/
still exist i never contacted them and going to the alps for two weeks
they were quite big https://www.industrieel-erfgoed.nl/nieuws/expositie-meubelfabriek-landeweer-eibergen
VNTG normaly quite reliable also uses both names
found one different but stickered https://www.chairish.com/product/3595077/a-j-groot-landeweer-stoelenfabriek-eib-ergen-netherlands-dutch-cane-scandinavian-danish-chair-mid-c
in delpher there are some atricles on de Groot but not one with foto off this/your chair
@wesemael Thanks so much for the reply and the information. I did a quick search under De Groot Landeweer and found a couple of listings by private sellers. One in Amsterdam said "Made by Groot Landeweer in the 50's. Often attributed to Pastoe ", but again showed no marks or reference. I saw the listing on VNTG by the dealer called Vervlogen Jaren that attributed them to De Groot. The same dealer had a listing for another set on their website and attributed to H.D. Meubelfabrieken.
While doing some more image searches, I also came across this version. The "Bandak" armchair attributed to Kjell Slinning for Alfr. Sand A/S of Norway. It appears there were a couple of versions, one a little higher than the other. Pretty much the same design as the Dutch chair. Not sure which came first.
