Designed by Thorbjorn Rygh. Possibly made by Gjovik Mobler ( which was owned by his father, Egil). 1950's
Very little info about this designer who is better known for stoves and industrial designs.
Did find a chair and a mirror by him.

Unfortunately no documentation to support this information. Label under desk in the OP images is in tatters and of no real use.
