Has anyone seen a desk like this before or know who might be the manufacturer? Very simple and certainly looks like Risom or Knoll could have designed something along this line. Because I like it a lot, it doesn't matter if it's a generic maker, I'll definitely keep it. Just wondering. Thank you in advance!

could be risom... or marble furniture or gunlocke... from my little experience, risom used slotted pencil drawers, not steel slides. plus the secondary wood looks like oak. it should be walnut. do the legs have adjustable glides or simple steel discs? now, can someone help me out with my chair question????
Risom Design used metal slides on many of their later pieces, then after Dictaphone bought Risom Design, the metal slides were used on just about everything. I have a Marbel-Risom office credenza that uses metal slides. They are high-quality ball-bearing slides that allow you to pull a tab, and the whole drawer comes out. The secondary wood on Risom pieces that I have seen, has always been oak or Luan.
Regardless, this is all supposition that it is Risom at this point.
heres a pic of my risom pencil drawer. i know file drawers have steel slides but all mine are walnut inside, even the dividers, along with white micarta dividers. or they were stained to match the walnut. maybe options were available? it was the "mix and match" series of contract office furniture.
