Butler wooden magazine rack?

Vintage Butler Style#765 Mahogany Magazine Rack Butler style# 765 magazine rack with a cut-out design. Center divider& lifting handle, approx. 25"tall including handle x 12" wide and 11"deep. The wood is dark in color and mahogany. Very nice vintage condition with few scratches. Bottom marked Butler Style#765.
