I have recently inherited six Bruno Hansen model 60 chairs and am working to restore them. I am relatively new to woodworking and trying to do what’s right and bring these chairs back to life.  Online I have found examples that Bruno Hansen produced these chairs in white oak, teak, rosewood and walnut.  I have had others look at them and tell me they are teak and others walnut.  Can anyone help with wood type and tips for a quality restore. Hopefully these pictures provide a good enough example.  Thanks

Calling on @leif-ericson here but, based on your two photos and the choices mentioned, I'd go with European walnut. Comparing the end grain at the top of the front legs with photographic examples of teak and European walnut illustrated on the Hobbit House wood ID site should confirm one way or the other.

Thanks for such quick responses.
any suggestions on finish tips. I had planned on teak oil but look forward to more informed suggestions.
